Mike Werner

American Dream Builders was founded by Mike Werner, a second generation Builder with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mike began his career working alongside his brother in the family building business, where he spent 15 years gaining hands-on experience in residential construction, design, and sales. In 2010, he branched out on his own, renovating and flipping homes, and eventually launched American Dream Builders in 2013 with a vision of providing homeowners with a more personal and attentive building experience.

Mike believes building a home should be exciting, not stressful. That’s why he is present at his job sites every day, providing the kind of hands-on oversight and communication that homeowners value from their Builder. From early plan design to interior and exterior selections, Mike works closely with clients to guide them through the process and ensure every detail comes together to create a home they’ll be proud to call their own.

Adam Werner

Adam Werner brings a strong background in Finance and customer service to American Dream Builders. He earned his degree in Finance and spent 11 years at Kohler Company, where he worked his way up to Finance Manager. In January of 2023, Adam expanded into the housing industry by obtaining his real estate license and partnering with Greystone Realty, gaining firsthand experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Real Estate market.

In the summer of 2025, Adam joined American Dream Builders as a partner, where he manages sales, finance, customer relations, and project expediting. Adam works closely with clients from the first meeting through move-in day, helping guide them through the building process and ensuring clear communication every step of the way. His combined experience in finance, real estate, and customer service helps create a smooth and enjoyable homebuilding experience for every client.
