"Let me start by saying this is our 6th home purchase. We have built from scratch, extensively done major remodels and gone through the process of dealing with builders several times. In our experience, American Dream Builders stands out on several fronts:
- Responsiveness – Calls and inquiries are almost always immediately acknowledged in hours, never days. Always, yes always very accommodating and willing to work the issues finding answers and/or alternatives.
- Quality – Fit and finish of the final product was exceptional. Holds his sub-contractors to his same high standards.
- Says what he means and means what he says – No smoke and mirrors or bait and switch tactics.
In the end you, like my wife and I, will be proud to own a home custom built by American Dream Builders. A DREAM come true."
"American Dream Builders lives up to their name! Mike is hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, easy to work with, meticulous, and has strong connections in the industry with high quality contractors. It was clear his intention was to have happy customers and a quality end product, and he succeeded with both of those. We would highly recommend building your dream home with American Dream Builders! Thank you, Mike and team!"
"We started our journey by finding a home that was posted on Facebook, I messaged the builder-Mike. We connected shortly after and were walking through the house. Absolutely loved it but wanted a different location so in a quick minute we decided to build. We found land and started in August and a few months later we moved into our dream home a week before our wedding in December! Mike went out of his way to make sure we were happy, come up with new ideas, and make our home exactly what we wanted! We went in building a house and can now say we gained a friend! Mike and his wife were absolutely amazing, would highly recommend!"
"My husband and I had just listed our house for sale and had been going back and forth about buying or building. We came upon a home built by American Dream Builders and were shocked that we could build a house in our budget and with the great quality that American Dream Builders homes have. Not only did Mike help us to save money and stay on budget but also provided design advice as well. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Mike was open and honest every step of the way, if he thought a decision we were making might end up a regret later, he would let us know and come back with other options. He answered all of our questions quickly and often with a sense of humor, which made the building process a lot less stressful. Mike's vast experience, designers eye, attention to detail and knowledge of local craftsmen and retailers got us the house we didn't know we could have in our budget. Mike takes great pride in his work. He goes above and beyond!! American Dream Builders is highly, highly recommended by my husband and I. We absolutely love, love our new home!!!! Thank you Mike for building our new home!!!!"

"Thanks for putting so much detail into the build of our new home. I remember coming through it when it was a parade home and I liked it so much and now that it's ours I absolutely love it. Thanks Mike! :)"
"We knew we wanted our American Dream Builder home the minute we walked inside. From the location our home was built on to open floor plan, the lighting, cabinets, trim work and flooring, every detail was considered and executed perfectly. It is our favorite home we have lived in and the best built home we have owned. Mike’s attention to detail along with his experience made our new house a home with character that we have enjoyed living AND working in; and, we look forward to being in the years to come. You will thank yourself every day to live in an American Dream Builder home built by Mike Werner. It’s the best and easiest home purchase decision we have ever had to make."
"My wife and I built a new custom house with Mike last year (2024). We were very happy with how everything turned out! Mike has a lot of experience building so he catches the important details that can sometimes be missed. His subcontractors did quality work and we hit the timeline we were expecting. Overall a very good experience!"
"We spent months searching for the right builder and neighborhood, and ultimately chose American Dream Builders because of their quality of work and great communication.
Mike walked us through multiple properties before picking our floor plan—sometimes more than once—until we felt confident in our decision. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every choice.
From the start, we were impressed by his quality of work and attention to detail. Mike told us he only builds homes he would live in himself, and we truly believe it. He is very efficient, and his subcontractors are top-notch. With our family’s construction background, we enjoyed checking in weekly throughout the process, and at every stage we were reassured by the craftsmanship and standards being upheld.
Mike and Adam were always easy to reach and quick to respond to our many questions, making the entire process stress free.
The timeline was faster than we expected, and Mike and Adam did everything they could to get us into our new home as soon as possible. It’s clear they truly care about their clients.
We are thrilled to be living in a beautiful home that we trust was built with exceptional quality. Everything has exceeded our expectations.
We would recommend American Dream Builders to anyone looking to build a new home!"
"We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with American Dream Builders on our custom home. From the very first meeting, Mike listened carefully to our ideas, offered expert guidance, and helped bring our vision to life. The entire process, from design to the final walkthrough, was handled with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.
What impressed us most was the flexibility to pick our own materials and finishes while maintaining a commitment to quality. We always knew where things stood, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about the homes they build — not just getting the job done, but doing it right.
Thanks to American Dream Builders, we’re now living in a home that not only meets our needs but exceeds our expectations. We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family, and we’re proud to say we worked with such a fantastic builder. We highly recommend choosing American Dream Builders for your home building project!"
